Heating, cooling, plumbing — and the air you breathe.

Every visit starts with a diagnosis and ends with a flat quote. You approve the number before any work starts — that's the whole policy.

Heating & Cooling

When the furnace stops in January or the AC quits in July, you want a diagnosis, not a guess. Our technicians test the system, explain what failed and why, and give you a flat quote for the repair or replacement before any work starts — including an honest comparison of fixing it versus replacing it.

What's included

  • Full system diagnostic visit
  • Repair-or-replace comparison with real numbers
  • Seasonal tune-ups for heating and cooling
  • Filter, thermostat, and safety checks
  • Flat quotes — no hourly surprises

Plumbing

Water problems get worse by the hour, so every plumbing visit starts with diagnostics: find the actual source of the leak or clog, show you what we found, and fix it properly. Water heaters, sump pumps, and fixtures are all part of the same visit.

What's included

  • Leak and clog diagnosis before repair
  • Water heater service and replacement
  • Drain clearing with the right equipment
  • Fixture installs and replacements
  • Work area cleaned and dried before we leave

Indoor Air Quality

If the air feels dusty, dry in winter, or muggy in summer, the fix is usually a combination of filtration, humidity control, and ventilation. We test what your existing system can support and recommend only what will actually move the needle.

What's included

  • Filter sizing and upgrade options
  • Whole-home humidifier and dehumidifier installs
  • Ventilation review for kitchens and baths
  • Thermostat and fan-cycle setup
  • Straight advice on what's worth doing

Questions we hear most.

How often should my furnace be serviced?+

Once a year, ideally in early fall before the heating season starts — and the AC gets its own check in spring. A tune-up is mostly about catching small problems before they become a no-heat call in January.

Should I repair or replace my furnace or AC?+

It depends on the age of the unit and what failed. We put the numbers side by side — the repair cost, the replacement cost, and what each option gets you — and give you our honest read. The decision stays yours.

Why does my water heater keep running out of hot water?+

Usually one of three things: sediment buildup, a thermostat issue, or a failing dip tube. All three are diagnosable on a visit, and two are inexpensive fixes — so it's worth having us look before assuming the tank needs replacing.

What's a reasonable indoor humidity level?+

Somewhere between 30 and 50 percent for most homes. Drier air means static and dry sinuses in winter; muggier air feels uncomfortable and can encourage condensation on windows. We set your equipment to keep you in that range.

Is there a charge for the diagnostic visit?+

There's a flat diagnostic fee — we quote it when you book, and it's applied to the repair cost if you go ahead with the work. No hourly meter running while we think.

Can I change my own furnace filter?+

Yes, and you should — it's the single easiest thing to keep a system healthy. The size is printed on the filter's frame. During a visit we'll tell you what size your system wants and how often to change it.

Ready when you are.
