The existing shingle roof was well past its service life, with cupping shingles and two chronic leak points at the plumbing boots. After tear-off, the decking inspection found three soft sections around the old leak areas, which were replaced before new underlayment went down.
The homeowners wanted a color that would sit quietly against the cedar siding, so we sampled dark bronze and charcoal side by side before they settled on the matte bronze.
